Building Services Engineer (Commercial Gas Bias)
Location: Bedfordshire & Cambridgeshire
Salary: Up to £45,000 Van & Fuel Card

TS Recruitment is working with a leading facilities management company seeking a skilled Building Services Engineer with a strong commercial gas background. This role will cover the Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire areas, focusing on both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance within commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service, maintain, and repair commercial gas appliances, boilers, and heating systems.
• Carry out general building services tasks, including plumbing, mechanical, and electrical maintenance.
• Diagnose and resolve faults efficiently across various commercial sites.
• Ensure full compliance with relevant health and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service while working independently or as part of a team.

Requirements:

• Commercial Gas Qualifications (COCN1, CODNCO1, CIGA1, ICPN1, etc.).
• Experience in building services, property services, or facilities management.
• Strong mechanical and plumbing skills, with expertise in installation and maintenance.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to perform under pressure.
• Full UK driving licence.
