Contract Manager – Water Treatment & Hygiene

TSR is partnering with a well-established water treatment company seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Contract Manager to oversee water hygiene and treatment contracts. This role offers a blend of technical expertise, leadership, and client management, ensuring top-tier service delivery across multiple contracts.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Oversee water hygiene and treatment contracts, ensuring compliance with L8 and HSG 274 regulations.
Monitor P&L performance, contract variations, and support credit control.
Manage and develop a high-performing team, tracking KPIs and ensuring staffing levels meet demand.
Provide technical expertise on cooling towers, closed systems, and legionella control.
Ensure strict adherence to health & safety regulations and industry best practices.
Foster strong client relationships, driving contract success and long-term partnerships.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Proven experience in contract management within water hygiene or water treatment.
✔ In-depth knowledge of legionella control, water treatment processes, and compliance standards.
✔ Strong leadership skills – experience managing teams and driving performance.
✔ Excellent commercial awareness – ability to oversee profitability, budgets, and service delivery.
✔ Exceptional communication skills, capable of building and maintaining client relationships.
