Contract Manager

Location: Berkshire
Salary: Up to £55,000

My client is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Contract Manager to oversee the management of water hygiene and water treatment contracts. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with industry specifications, maintain profitability, and build strong client relationships. You will manage a team while ensuring the achievement of service delivery and budgetary objectives within the water hygiene and treatment sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor contract variations, Profit & Loss, and support Credit Control
• Oversee team performance, KPIs, and staffing requirements
• Provide technical support on water treatment systems
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven experience in managing teams and client relationships in the water hygiene or water treatment industry
• In-depth knowledge of relevant industry legislation, water treatment protocols, and compliance standards
