Estimator
Must be able to commute to Cambridgeshire and North England
Salary up to £53,000 - dependent on experience.
TSR are working with a nationwide Facilities Management company looking to add an Estimator to their ranks.
The Estimator is responsible for calculating costs for maintenance services, creating competitive bids for new contracts, renewals, and variations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Estimate costs for M&E maintenance contracts and prepare proposals.
- Conduct site surveys and gather accurate pricing from suppliers.
- Collaborate with internal teams and provide updates on progress.
