Job Duties:

• Assist with various tasks on construction sites such as carrying materials, digging trenches, and cleaning work areas
• Operate tools and equipment under supervision
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
• Report to supervisors and follow instructions diligently

Required Qualifications:

• Physically fit and able to handle demanding tasks
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
• Valid CSCS card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)

Education:

No specific educational requirements

Experience:

Previous experience in a similar role preferred

Knowledge and Skills:

• Basic understanding of construction processes
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional health and safety certifications
• Experience operating construction machinery

Working Conditions:

Work outdoors in various weather conditions, may involve lifting heavy objects and working at heights
