Building Services Engineer
Location: Hertfordshire (Static Location)
Salary: Up to £40,000
Working Hours: Shifts

• 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7
• Weekends and call-outs on rota

I am currently working with a prominent facilities management company that is looking to expand its team with a skilled Building Services Engineer to work on a static site in Hertfordshire, to carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across a static site. 

Key Responsibilities

• Perform PPM and reactive repairs on HVAC and building services systems
• Attend emergencies and handle callouts as required
• Maintain tools and equipment in safe, serviceable condition

Requirements:

• City & Guilds Electrical Installation/Maintenance
• 18th Edition
• Mechanical/electrical expertise in building services
