Site Manager – Social Housing - Retrofit

Hertfordshire

Up to £55,000 + Car/Allowance

TS Recruitment are working with a Social Housing Contractor in Hertfordshire to mange retrofit projects; Loft insultation, EWI and Repointing / Brickwork.

• As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing and executing a variety of projects within the social housing sector,
• Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with regulations.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, residents, and team members.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a contractor in the social housing sector. / Retrofit experience.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to manage contractors and residents.

Qualifications -

• SMSTS
• CSCS
• FIRST AID
• ASBESTOS AWARENESS
• WORKING AT HEIGHTS (BENEFICIAL)
