Resident Liaison Officer

Kent

Up to £40,000 + Car Allowance

TS Recruitment are working with a Social Housing Contractor who are now seeking a permanent RLO / TLO to cover Kent and surrounding locations.

Seeking a candidate who has experience with; EWI (External Wall Insulation), Loft Insulation and Heat Pumps. (Retrofit experience)

The Candidate:

• Will have RLO / TLO experience having worked for a Main Contractor or SME in the Social Housing sector.
• Outstanding Customer Service skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
• Computer literate – with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems in a timely manner
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Minimum English and Maths GCSE Grade C (or equivalent)
