Title: Contracts Manager - Fit Out

Location: Leicester
Salary: £55,000k package

Key Benefits

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage a number of fit-out projects simultaneously.
• Oversee site management teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the expected standards.
• Manage key accounts attending client meetings and developing existing relationships
• Coordinate direct labour and subcontractors on-site.
• Attend progress meetings and maintain consistent communication with all stakeholders.
• Develop and monitor project programs to meet timelines and targets.
• Report directly to the Management Director and contribute to the strategic growth of the company.
• A rough 50/50 split between site based and office-based duties with some home working

• Specialist fit out contractor with project values up to £20M.
• Focuses on commercial and industrial refurbishments.
• A long-established family business with a low staff turnaround
• Nationwide contracts

Required Knowledge & Experience

• Fit out knowledge and experience
• Could suit a Project Manager looking for a step up, lots of experience within the team to learn and develop
• Preferably from a trade background but not essential
• SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS certifications.
• Full UK driving license.
