£30,000 - £35,000 + Van + Holidays + Pension (PERM)

TS Recruitment are working with a Social Housing Contractor who specialise in refurbishment and property maintenance. Actively hiring a permanent Multi Skilled who has external refurbishment experience; brickwork/repointing, windows, doors etc

Work is across North London. This is a permanent position 40 hours per week.

You will:

• Carrying out minor repair works.
• Be responsible for accurate recording of tasks and liaising with the scheduling team.
• Apply your technical knowledge, skills, and training to complete the repairs assigned to you in a safe, efficient manner. Taking care that they are of high quality, comply with technical specifications and provide a long-lasting solution.
• Provide reports on factors within that are a cause of damp and mould.
• Deliver and maintain excellent customer service at all times

We are looking for someone with:

• Experience in external refurbishment works; windows, doors, repointing / brickwork
• Knowledge of industry-standard techniques and products for damp and mould remediation
• Experience of the construction industry, including trades, materials, processes, and Health & Safety especially within a social housing context.
• Ability to operate in a positive, organised, efficient and self-motivated way.
• A full clean driving license
