Job Description

TSR are looking for Handyman/Multi-Skilled Kitchen and Bathroom fitters to cover social housing in the Essex & Bedfordshire area.

Required skills:

• Rip out of existing kitchen or bathroom
• Install new kitchen & bathroom
• Basic Plumbing- isolation, new coppers etc
• LVT flooring
• Painting
• Plastering/Making good
• Wall tiling 600x600 tiles

CSCS card not required.

Experience, and ability to perform tasks is essential. Once proven, price work can be agreed.

Below is what would be required from the guys doing the kitchen and bathrooms also if they are able to do wet room flooring (cap and cove that would be a great advantage also)

Bathroom fitter requirements

• Basic plumbing
• Fit vinyl polysafe pur flooring
• Tiling
• Painting
• Plastering making good
• Self levelling floors (latex)
• All works are targeted with prices and is social housing

Location: Harlow & Chelmsford

The last 3 people who started there, are doing targeted works now and earning £1300+ per week.

Need own van & tools.

Candidates that perform to standard, will be taken on permanently where a company van will be provided.

Pay is £21/hr CIS
