Job Title: Telehandler

Location: North West England, Greater Manchester, Wigan

Job Type: Temporary, expected to work Full-Time hours

Primary Industry: Construction

Salary: £25 - £25 Per hour

Job Duties:

• Operating a telehandler to move materials around construction sites
• Loading and unloading materials from delivery vehicles
• Ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the telehandler
• Assisting with general site maintenance and cleanup tasks

Required Qualifications:

• Valid CPCS or NPORS telehandler certification
• Proven experience operating a telehandler in a construction environment
• Good understanding of health and safety regulations

Education:

• No specific educational requirements, but a relevant certification is preferred

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating a telehandler
• Experience working in the construction industry

Knowledge and Skills:

• Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional certifications in operating other construction machinery
• First Aid certification

Working Conditions:

• Work is primarily outdoors on construction sites
• May require working in varying weather conditions
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects may be required
