Position: Quantity Surveyor - Painting Contracts
Salary: DOE Car Allowance
Location: Belfast

Role Overview:
Our client, a reputable company in the construction sector, is looking to add an experienced Quantity Surveyor to their team. The role will involve managing the financial and technical aspects of painting contracts, refurbishment, and void projects. You will be responsible for procurement, invoicing, payment processes, and ensuring that costs are minimised while maximising value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure, price, and evaluate tenders
• Manage projects from inception to completion
• Oversee cost management and target creation
• Prepare CVR reports and forecasts
• Develop and maintain subcontractor and supplier contracts

Experience/Skills:

• Experience in construction, retrofit, or fabric upgrades is preferred
• Familiarity with bills of quantities, schedules of rates, and design and build contracts
• Strong commercial management and subcontractor procurement experience
