Location: Nottingham
Salary: £35,000 to £45,000 plus car allowance.

Are you a Quantity Surveyor looking for a fresh challenge? Do you have experience working on fit out / build projects? TS Recruitment are actively working with a design, build and fit out contractor who are looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to join their London office.

Benefits

• Basic Salary: Circa £50,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
• Package: Company car or car allowance
• Annual Leave: 33 days including bank holidays
• Health assurance: Westfield health membership
• Pension Contributions: 3% employee contributions
• Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm
• Location: Office and site based, roughly 1-2 days on site per week

Job Role & Responsibilities

• Work as a proactive key member of the Quantity Surveying team
• Commercially manage a number of projects ensuring they are completed within budget
• Take off drawings to produce a bill of quantities
• Subcontract and supplier approval and procurement
• Prepare and issue contracts
• Visit site to ensure costs are on track and complete site measures / variation reports
• Produce cost value reports (CVR)
• Invoice reconciliation and approval for payment
• Produce final accounts

Knowledge/Experience

• Experience: Previous experience working as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Specialisation: dry lining construction build or fit out background
• Education: Preferably degree educated.
• Skills: Good IT and numerical skills.
• License: Full UK driving license.
