Up to £38,000 dependent on experience

Our client is a leading social housing provider, transforming homes and communities. They're looking for an experienced Foreperson to manage a variety of refurbishment projects. If you're passionate about delivering quality work and leading a team, this is the role for you!

The Role:
As Site Foreperson, you'll oversee painting, plastering, and refurbishment projects, leading a skilled team to ensure everything runs smoothly, on time, and to a high standard. You'll also ensure health and safety are top priority and keep projects within budget.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in a lead role, especially in social housing.
• Technical knowledge of painting, plastering, or refurbishment.
• Valid CSCS
