Retrofit Coordinator

South East London, site travel involved.

£50,000 - £55,000 + Car / Allowance

TS Recruitment are working with a leading Social Housing Contractor who are now seeking a permanent Retrofit Coordinator.

You will be qualified and have at least 6 months experience as a Retrofit Coordinator with a background in Construction / Property Services. Working in an established Team.

• Having full responsibility for the overall management and delivery of the PAS2035 process, including assessment, design, installation and handover and monitoring, as defined in PAS processes.
• Managing the retrofit survey process, ensuring high standards of quality and compliance throughout the process.
• Provide accurate and effective energy modelling using RdSAP and full SAP, and provide guidance on solutions for meeting specific scheme criteria
• Delivery against specific objectives and targets on retrofit schemes.
• Manage the PAS2035 lodgement process on trustmark in accordance with main contract delivery programmes to allow timely draw down of funding.

You will:

• Be retrofit Coordinator qualified (Level 5 and level 3 in traditional buildings)
• Be Domestic Energy Assessor qualified
• Proven ability and experience of managing survey processes around housing refurbishment schemes.
• Proven ability to manage teams delivering against specific output objectives.
• Minimum of 5 years working with the construction industry in general
• Full UK driving license
