Job Description

TSR are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Multi-Skilled Tradesman in Nottingham with a strong focus on brickwork.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in various aspects of construction and be capable of handling diverse tasks from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality brickwork for a variety of projects, including extensions and loft conversions.
• Execute structural alterations and repairs with precision.
• Work on both private residential and commercial properties.
• Ensure all work complies with building regulations and safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with other tradesmen and contractors on-site.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships.

Requirements:

• CSCS Card: Mandatory (happy to speak to anyone working to get their card)
• Experience: Proven experience in brickwork and multi-trade skills.
• Tools: Must own a comprehensive set of tools.
• Van: Must have a reliable van for transporting tools and materials.
• Flexibility: Ability to work on various types of projects and adapt to changing job requirements.
• Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
• Communication: Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
