TS Recruitment are recruiting for a Site Manager in the social housing sector to work on Kitchens and Bathrooms.

• Basic salary negotiable
• Car allowance £4,000 per annum
• 8am – 4.30pm Monday to Thursday 3.30pm on a Friday

Job Role & Responsibilities of the Site Manager:

• Overall responsibility for a social housing planned works scheme on kitchens and bathrooms
• Site responsibility reporting into a visiting Contracts Manager
• Supervise and manage contractors and direct labour
• Oversee quality control recording all necessary information
• Health and safety responsibility including inductions, risk assessments and phase plans
• Ensure the programme of works is followed and timescales are managed
• Commercially aware to ensure properties are completed within budget
• Liaise with tenants and the client to ensure disruptions are kept to a minimum

Knowledge/Experience:

• Experience working on planned works preferably kitchens and bathrooms
• External EWI experience preferred but not essential
• SMSTS, CSCS and First aid essential
• Full UK driving license
