Maintenance Engineer’s/Building Services Engineer’s

Bristol & Cardiff

Salary up to £41,000 - dependent on experience.

TS Recruitment are working with a nationwide facilities management company, who are looking to add Building Services Engineers to their ranks within the Bristol/Cardiff, area.

Our Client is looking for:

• Building Services Engineer’s – Air Conditioning bias
• Building Services Engineer’s – Electrical bias
• Building Services Engineer’s – Mechanical

You will be responsible for managing both planned preventative maintenance and reactive duties for commercial properties.

The ideal candidate will have the following essential skills:

• Prior experience in building services, property services, or facilities management - 3 years minimum
• Building Services Engineer’s – Air Conditioning bias must hold a level 2 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or be apprentice trained and F-Gas.
• Building Services Engineer’s – Electrical bias must hold a level 3 in electrical installation or be apprentice trained and 18^th edition.
• Building Services Engineer’s – Mechanical must hold a level 2 in plumbing or be apprentice trained
• A Positive 'can do' attitude
• Able to work on own and as part of a team
• A good knowledge of Health & Safety
