Salary: Up to £44,000 (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Bring a multi-skilled approach to building services, with qualifications in plumbing, air conditioning, gas, or electrical installation (Level 3, plus 18th Edition)
• Conduct planned and reactive maintenance across commercial properties
• Provide exceptional service while maintaining a positive, proactive attitude
• Work independently or as part of a team to resolve technical challenges efficiently
• Ensure strict adherence to Health & Safety protocols
