Building Services Engineer (Mechanical or Electrical Bias)

Peckham, London

£45,000 (dependent on experience) Call out

40 Hours per week plus call out

TSR Recruitment are currently looking to source an experienced building services engineer with either mechanical or electrical bias to join a new team on a brand new, state of the art student accommodation in Peckham.

This opportunity is working with a global facilities management business and will provide successful candidates with further development opportunities, training and progression.

The Role:

• Bring a multi-skilled approach to building services, with a Level 2 qualification in plumbing, air conditioning, gas, or Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation alongside 18th edition,

• Conduct planned and reactive maintenance across a 600 plus multiroom student accommodation site
• Deliver exceptional service while maintaining a positive, proactive attitude.
• Work as part of a team to resolve technical challenges efficiently.
• Ensure strict adherence to Health & Safety protocols.
