Building Services Engineer (Commercial Gas Bias)
Location: South East London & Central London
Salary: Up to £52,000 Van & Fuel Card

TS Recruitment is partnering with a leading facilities management company looking for a Building Services Engineer with a strong commercial gas background. This role will cover South East and Central London, focusing on both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance within commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on commercial gas appliances, boilers, and heating systems.
• Perform general building services tasks, including plumbing and mechanical, electrical maintenance.
• Diagnose and rectify faults efficiently across various commercial sites.
• Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service while working independently or within a team.

Requirements:

• Commercial Gas Qualifications (COCN1, CODNCO1, CIGA1, ICPN1, etc.)
• Experience in building services, property services, or facilities management.
• Strong mechanical and plumbing skills, including installation and maintenance.
• Good problem-solving abilities and the capability to work under pressure.
• Full UK driving licence.
