Contract Manager - Mechanical FM Projects
Location: London & South East
Salary: Up to £58,000 Benefits

Are you an accomplished Contract Manager with expertise in Mechanical Facilities Management? Do you thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and have a passion for overseeing contracts in mechanical services, including HVAC, heating, ventilation, and plumbing, across multiple sites?

We are looking for a proactive and results-focused Contract Manager to take charge of a portfolio of mechanical FM contracts across London and the South East. This pivotal role will ensure the effective delivery of contracts, financial efficiency, and client satisfaction, while leading a highly skilled team of engineers and supervisors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contract & Financial Management: Oversee compliance, monitor financial performance, manage variations, and support credit control processes.
• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of engineers, ensuring KPIs and service targets are consistently met.
• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring the highest level of service delivery and long-term contract retention.
• Technical Oversight: Provide hands-on guidance and support on mechanical systems, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and best practices.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all works are carried out in line with health and safety legislation, risk assessments, and method statements.
• Resource Planning: Oversee staffing levels, recruitment, and training to ensure operational excellence and efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and communication abilities with a proven track record in managing FM contracts.
• Extensive experience in mechanical services (HVAC, heating, plumbing, ventilation).
• Knowledgeable in PPM and reactive maintenance within FM environments.
• Financially astute, with the ability to manage budgets and drive contract profitability.
• NEBOSH/IOSH qualifications (desirable).
