Domestic Supervisor - Student Accommodation (Permanent)

Peckham, SE15

£27,000 Per Annum

24 Hours per week

TSR Recruitment are currently looking to source a Domestic supervisor for a multi room accommodation site in Peckham, Southeast London. This is a permanent role and will involve supervising frontline staff across a large multi-story student accommodation site.

This role is global facilities management business and will provide the successful applicant with career opportunities, training and further development within the group. This is a static role and will be 24 hours per week and will report to the Operations manager.

The Role

• Ability to lead, motivate and train staff
• Promoting a health and safety culture
• Resolving or escalating issues in a timely manner
• Supervising the departmental cleaners and operations staff

• Strong communication skills
• Strong IT skills

• Working in multi room/hotel/care home/student accommodation environment
