Building Services Engineer
Staffordshire
Up to £38K
TS Recruitment are working with a nationwide facilities management company, who are looking to add a Building Services Engineer to their ranks within to cover a static site in Staffordshire,electrical biased individuals.
You will be responsible for managing both planned preventative maintenance and reactive duties for commercial properties.
Requirements:
· Prior experience in building services, property services, or facilities management.
· Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
· Comfortable working independently or as part of a team, even under pressure.
· Possession of level 3 qualification in electrical installation and 18th edition .
