TS Recruitment are working with a well-regarded, expanding medium-sized facilities management company that delivers comprehensive building maintenance services to commercial clients.

Responsibilities:

• Guide and support a team of engineers
• Perform a diverse range of maintenance tasks—either electrical or mechanical, based on your expertise
• Responsible for reactive and PPM maintenance across commercial sites
• Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• You must hold an electrical or mechanical qualification (minimum level 3 or apprentice trained in respect of electrical and 18^th edition)
• Experience working within facilities management or a building services environment - minimum 3 years.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
