Operations Manager - Student Accommodation (Permanent)

Peckham, SE15

£65,000 car allowance

40 Hours per week

TSR Recruitment are currently looking to source an operations manager for a newly constructed student accommodation in central Peckham. This brand-new student accommodation provides state of the art living for over 600 students throughout their educational journey in South East London.

This opportunity is working with a global facilities management business and will provide successful candidates with further development opportunities, training and progression.

The Role

• Ability to lead, motivate and train staff whilst promoting a health and safety culture
• Manage and operate in line with agreed operating principles and supporting working towards agreed goals
• Provide industry-leading service levels to students, parents and stakeholders
• Ensure the facility is maintained to the highest standards and operated in full compliance of all appropriate legislation and industry standards 
• Implement and maintain statutory requirements in terms of Health and Safety

• Working in multi room/hotel/care home/student accommodation environment
