TS Recruitment are working with a well-regarded, expanding medium-sized facilities management company that delivers comprehensive building maintenance services to commercial clients.

Responsibilities:

• Guide, support and supervise a team of engineers
• Perform a diverse range of maintenance tasks— electrical.
• Responsible for reactive and PPM maintenance across a static site in Tyne & Wear
• Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• You must hold an electrical - minimum level 3 or apprentice trained
• Experience working within facilities management or a building services environment - minimum 3 years.
• Experience supervising a team previously..
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
