Refurb Site Manager

 

Job Description

TS Recruitment are working with a leading Housing Maintenance / Property Services Contractor in the East Midlands who are seeking a permanent Site Manager for a damp and mould refurbishment project.

Responsibilities:

  • As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing and executing a variety of projects within the social housing sector,
  • Oversee and coordinate internal and external refurbishment projects in social housing properties.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with regulations.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients, residents, and team members.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in construction or site management, preferably within residential refurbishment projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to different project sites as required.
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field are desirable.

This is a permanent, full time opportunity. Monday to Friday
