Sales Executive

 

Job Description

TSR are recruiting on behalf of an independently owned, multi-branch estate agents who are looking to recruit an experienced sales negotiator for their busy office in Sheffield.

A vacancy has arisen for an ambitious, driven and focused individual who has property sales experience and a good knowledge of the house buying process. You must have excellent communication skills and a polite telephone manner.

In this role you will be responsible for regular communication with clients, negotiating offers between the vendor and the buyer and delivering exceptional customer service both face to face and over the phone.

Managing property files through to completion, communicating with solicitors, buyers and surveyors to ensure vendors are kept up to date throughout the process.

Conducting property viewings and inspections.

Industry experience is essential, you will need to evidence previous targeted sales experience, and have the ability to work in a fast paced, customer focused environment.

It is essential that you hold a full UK Driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
