Job Description


Our client, a leading mechanical and electrical company are recruiting for a motivated and customer focused administrator to join them on a part-time, temp to perm basis. Ideally the role will be temporary for 12 weeks before going permanent.

You will work Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, 7.5 hours a day with a 30 minute lunch (8 hour day in total) start time TBC.

Experience needed:

  • Excellent customer service / client engagement skills
  • Strong administration skills
  • Site administration experience
  • Document control
  • Organised, keen and motivated to learn and progress
  • Experience or keen interest in M&E

Main Duties:

  • Inputting staff timesheets on the Vixen programme (training will be given)
  • Inputting Subcontractor timesheets with purchase orders and sending to relevant Agency and Purchase Ledger
  • Placing Orders on sub-contractors and suppliers
  • General office duties include raising invoices, purchase orders and dealing with supplier invoice queries

Paying £14.50ph during the temporary period.
