Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Social Housing

North London

£38,000 - £45,000 Car Allowance

TS Recruitment are working with a leading refurbishment Contractor based in London who are now seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor. You will have at least 1 years' experience post university as an AQS. Projects are Social Housing planned maintenance works.

This is a full time, permanent opportunity.

Responsibilities of the Assistant Quantity Surveyor:

- Execute hands-on delivery of quantity surveying services with a focus on project management.

- Lead projects, often coordinating our in-house multidisciplinary design services.

- Manage client relationships and contribute to business development.

- Conduct technical reviews to ensure the quality of our services.

Skills:

- Ability to efficiently manage workload autonomously.

- Strong communication and client-facing skills.

- Positive and proactive attitude.

- Proficiency in technical quantity surveying concepts.

- Analytical mindset with advanced written and oral communication skills for producing comprehensive reports and recommendations.
