Contracts Manager – Social Housing

Coventry

Up to £60,000 + Car / allowance

TSR are working with a reputable Social Housing Contractor in the West Midlands who are now seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to deliver Social Housing projects and manage Site Managers and RLO’s.

You will have experience in the Social Housing sector and be a Contracts or Projects Manager.

In this role, you’ll oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard. Key responsibilities include managing client expectations, coordinating with subcontractors, handling Health & Safety documentation, and organising staff and resources. You’ll also work with Estimators/Quantity Surveyors to track changes and represent the company at project meetings.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the social housing sector; planned / reactive maintenance works
  • Excellent customer service skills with a dedication to meeting client expectations
