Multi Skilled Operative - Social Housing

North & East London - Must be willing to commute across North & East London

£37,000 Van

TS Recruitment are working with a Property Services / Social Housing Contractor who are recruiting Maintenance Operatives across North & East London.

You will be responsible for; Painting and Decorating, Carpentry, Bricklaying, Fencing/Replacement of rainwater goods/ Overclads, Window care/repair, Pointing, Rendering, Paving and Plastering

Social Housing / Council work. Permanent opportunity.

Possession of a full current UK Driving license is essential to complete the Multi Trade Operative role. A company van is provided.

Perform inspections and identify potential issues before they become major problems. Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times. Provide excellent customer service to tenants and address their concerns professionally.
