Multi Skilled Operative – Social Housing Externals
Lewisham
£18.50 (Temp – Perm) (Bonuses to be earnt when perm for completing targets)
Must Drive / Have Own Vehicle (a van will be provided when taken on permanently)
TSR are working with a Social Housing Contractor who are now seeking Multi Trades / Multi Skilled Operatives for a contract based in Lewisham.
The works: External carpentry, re-pointing / basic brickworks, fencing and repairs / replacing shed doors.
You will have a UKATA Asbestos Awareness or be happy to do this and will be refunded back.
You must drive and be able to get to the work. A van will be provided if your contract is extended to a permanent position, this could be within 4-6 weeks of working temp.
Opportunity once PERM to earn bonuses for target works.
