Location: Leeds
Salary: £40,000 to £60,000 + Car Allowance

Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor seeking a new opportunity? Have you worked with a main contractor on refurbishment or new build projects? TS Recruitment is partnering with a leading main contractor to recruit a Quantity Surveyor for their Leeds office.

• Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum (depending on experience)
• Car allowance or company car, including travel expenses

• Flexible hours: Office hours from 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with an early finish on Fridays

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage 2-3 projects simultaneously
• Conduct site visits nationwide for cost management, including site measures, variations, and meetings
• Manage subcontractor and supplier approvals and procurement processes
• Prepare and issue contracts
• Produce Cost Value Reports (CVRs)
• Reconcile invoices and approve payments
• Prepare and submit final accounts

Required Knowledge & Experience

• Experience: Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• Sector: Construction build or fit-out background preferred
• Education: Degree-level qualification is advantageous
• Skills: Strong IT and numerical proficiency
• License: Valid UK driving license
