Title: Quantity Surveyor / Estimator – Main Contractor
Location: Leeds
Salary: £55,000 plus package

Key Benefits

Role & Responsibilities

• Review and complete estimates / pricing enquiries for commercial construction projects.
• Attend site to carry out valuations, variations and site meetings.
• Complete cost value reports, and final accounts.
• Procurement of raw materials and plant for site.
• Ensure projects are completed within budget.
• This is hybrid role of estimating and quantity surveying, subject to workloads / live jobs

About the Company

• Regional main contractor with project values ranging from £500k to £2M.
• Focuses on commercial projects, including healthcare, education, grade 2 listed and housing schemes
• A small but stable regional main contractor.

Required Knowledge & Experience

• BSc Quantity surveying or studying towards.
• Strong IT skills including Microsoft Excel and word.
• Experience Quantity surveying and estimating
• Full UK driving license.
