Building Services Engineer (Commercial Gas Bias)
West Yorkshire
Up to £45K

TS Recruitment are working with a leading facilities management company seeking an experienced Building Services Engineer with a commercial gas bias to join their team in West Yorkshire.

Role Overview:

You will be responsible for both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a range of commercial properties, ensuring heating, boiler, and mechanical systems operate efficiently.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in building services, facilities management, or property maintenance.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team under pressure.
• Full Commercial Gas Qualifications (covering commercial boilers, gas heaters, and heating systems).
• General mechanical and plumbing expertise, including installation and maintenance.
