This role will involve working with residents during a programme of work, liaising with site managers and operatives to manage information and communicate with all parties.

This role will involve managing the refurbishment of an healthcare building, operating in a sensitive environment  in Nottingham city centre  

The Role

• Site based project manager, playing a vital role in the delivery and day to day management of the site.
• Manage and enforce risk Assessments and Method Statements.
• Liaise effectively with clients, site managers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and expectations.
• Coordinate with clients to review and adhere to programme schedules and ensure the work is completed as planned.
• Reporting to senior level on progress
